OLD FIREND!!...we havent talked in a while

As i grow older, i find an understanding of my father that i have never had at any time before in my life. its obvious to me now that it took that long for ME to mature enough to understand his complexities.

and in the same instant, i feel that with my understanding of the world today, as well as my awareness spiritually and metaphysically, i am able to enlighten HIM.

something proved to be newly awakened within both of us today as we spoke on things you would imagine 2 wise old timers in the park would converse about, as they methodically played a game of chess. politics, spirituality, common day to day events, and what the future holds, where we stand in the universe.

i realized, i never spoke that way with my father before,and that i never understood his perspective....when in reality, he knew exactly what i know now, wayyyy before i even existed as a thought.

im inspired to see what we learn from each other in future conversations and interactions, what wisdom we gain...

Coming to a realization that we all hold a piece of God within us, is powerful. We are infinite beings who were created by one Most High Power for a specific mission and purpose. When you realize that you have the ability to chart your destiny with this power, the universe seems to flow much smoother, virtually effortless. The natural flow of our existence just HAPPENS, exactly the way that we want it to. Today I experienced one of the most effortlessly perfect flowing days. Everything we expressed a desire or need for was manifested. It seemed like we would discuss something that we wanted to do, or someone that we wanted to see, and they almost coincidentally crossed our path throughout the day. Before my boy Nev and I went out for lunch, we spoke about how we wanted to come up on some more percussion instruments, like some dope shakers, or tambourines. When we went out to lunch at The Grove we walked into a store that had madd import furniture and home decor, so we go through this aisle and we see these perfect African shakers, and buy them for the collection. Things like that seemed to be the theme of the day, we seemed to flow as one with the universe, and the day isn't even over...I'm keeping the positive thoughts and energy, as well as my understanding of our divine connection with the most high at the forefront of my mind so I can continue emitting whatever frequency is in harmony with our divine source right now!!

the kiss was a moment, simply a spec in time, the result of wrongfully desired affection. it was the result of pondering what someone else's touch was like. You were unfortunately the recipient of misdirected attention. I simply didn't realize that you were NOT the one i wanted to share any intimacy with until after the fact. I'm sorry that i don't "feel" you past friendship, i'm sorry that i unconsciously led you on. you said "maybe we are just on two different levels..." I AGREE. even though you obviously said it spitefully, indirectly suggesting that i was below your standards, you couldn't possibly begin to understand where i'm at, much less where i'm going. sorry for the unnecessary feather ruffling, sorry for forever altering your perception of me. sorry that you will never be willing to see the good in me after this, sorry for assuming that last sentence. above all, i will continue to direct positive energy your way. i will continue forward regardless, there is very little, physical or metaphysical that can alter my vision or my determination to get there.

LATE NIGHT BRINGS FORTH TRUTH

a higher state of mind...a sense of harmonious existence

the state of being that allows us to channel our innermost feelings, emotions, and thoughts and express them acutely.

when you allow yourself to be uninhibited by your fears, you reach a state of truth that is unaffected by anyones else's opinion.

so many times we are afraid to say what is on our mind for fear of how someone else will react, or what they may think of us.

but the key to fully living is expressing what you feel, whether it be through art, music..or just telling someone that you feel them. The feeling of absolutely NO weight on your back is the most liberating sensation.
It is gratifying to know that there is no "what if," no feeling of what might have been if you said something

use discernment, but don't hold your tongue...what you say may not only be meant to be beneficial to you, but also to whom you're expressing it to. In fact, you may not even remember some of what you say..but if the recipient grew, or was touched by what you said, then the true purpose is fulfilled.

i personally try and keep it very real. I speak my mind, and let people know how it is, but even then i can get caught up over thinking.

over thinking in the wrong way "what could (they) possibly be thinking about me now??".

the law of attraction is active in our universe, and the more positive energy you release, the more you will receive. so ridding our selves of negative thoughts and focusing on the positive of any situation, relationship, friendship etc. will guarantee the manifestation of what we truly desire.

Self realization is a beautiful thing.

Often times, early on we get bombarded with expectations from outside sources. Other peoples insecurities immediately disrupt our flow and force themselves as priorities in our existence, to the point where we take these upon ourselves as our own, and fail to analyze what is truly important in our lives. We dismiss personal time with our creator, and our brain is consumed with so many insignificant stresses that even if we did take those five minutes to converse with Him we would be too preoccupied to truly LISTEN.

We spend so much time creating a front, or wearing a costume to please everyone else, that we forget to please ourselves first. Stressing to the point of both physical and mental breakdown.

Taking personal time to converse with the Most High and internally analyze our worth, is KEY in being able to truly love. Not until you are one million percent comfortable in your own skin, not until you put yourself FIRST after God and BEFORE everyone else, will you be able to love someone fully without cheating the recipient of the complete YOU.

And once the realization has been made, you must be cautious of negative forces preying on your vulnerability. You have to weed out the negative people, places, and situations from your life that caused you to question yourself in the past.

Surround yourself with those who God has specifically placed in your life for you to lean on when you are weak on your own. The people who truly love you beyond your physical appearance or what you can do for them, but instead for what you offer internally as an individual.

Focus on your mission and the positivity in your life, and like-minds will be attracted to you naturally. The RIGHT people will make their way into your life. The light and confidence you radiate will be undeniable.

Hold on to those who have been there to lift you, the ones who give before they ask, the ones who will enhance your existence before they ever taint it. The people who will allow you to operate at the optimum level of YOU, and would never betray you. And likewise embrace those new comers who are willing to do the same…

Make it a priority to converse with Him, and release all your frustrations doubts, and stresses out into the universe for Him to take care of...because he WILL

the hesitation, the nervousness that instantly disappears upon contact
The feeling that at one point in time, in another life this exact moment took place

The unexplainable connection that can only be linked to the creator himself

Every emotion intertwined causing you to feel something you never experienced before
An organic high…nothing else in the universe can fulfill you like that set of lips does

And when the moment is over…

You’re so in love with the one to whom God gave those lips
You will swear that, for the rest of eternity you can kiss those lips, and ONLY those lips

And never tire…

i woke up around 10, called in, went back to sleep (much needed, since i've only been having like 4 or 5 hours these past few nights, for many random reasons)

sleep was ILL, i had a wild dream!

it's been a minute since i had a dream i could remember, this one was a keeper....very random, but just what i needed to start off saturday right.
it was somewhat of an inspiration of sorts.

i think i will keep it in mind until it manifests itself, since i consider it quite attainable.
